Jonesy looking contented.

Despite having a luxury pad under the stairs and two comfortable beds, Jonesy is always looking for other places to relax. Here he finds the bottom shelf of the bookcase his preferred option.

When Issy met Jonesy!

Jonesy had only met grown ups...and lots of them. We wanted him to meet some children, but not just any child. He had to meet a child who was responsible and almost grown up. Someone who knew how to play with a young puppy. Lots of children asked could they be the first to see and play with Jonesy but we knew that there was only one child who knew how to manage Jonesy and that was Issy. She came over to play with Jonesy and these are the photographs that we took.

These videos are of Jonesy as he arrives home for the first time. He immediately run in the house and went straight to his bedroom under the stairs. For convenience sakes I used the dashcam from the car so the quality isn't great.

Jonesy profile.

Jonesy is a Welsh Terrier who was born on the 6th October 2015. He was one of 4 pups born to Megan a WT owned by Lesley  Hood Bourton. Although she called him Our Dougie we changed his name to one with a stronger welsh flavour to it. We had originally contacted Lesley in May after we'd decided upon a welsh terrier.  She had nine welsh terriers at her home in Treuddyn North Wales near Mold. We picked him up and brought him home on 3rd December 2015 when he was 8 weeks and 3 days old. He soon settled in his new home, and enjoyed sleeping in his nursery under the stairs.  He goes into his bed around 9:30 and sleeps until we get up around 6am.
Jonesy and his 'second' bed. "At last a bed of my own".

First try out of his new Dell Boy sheepskin.

Not happy with either of his new beds.

Checking the birds out on the rockery

Definitely heading for the catwalk
